Looking for Alaska by John Green is a book filled with mischief and surprise. Miles and his roommate play pranks, drink and smoke away their time while at summer camp. This is a banned book in some schools so it is not short on profanity, language or explicit material. I think high school students of all ages would enjoy this book. There is a nice blend of humor, romance and drama. You will not see the twists coming, so if you like to be surprised, this book is for you.
