You: Journey to the CENTER Of Your Worth, by: Ed Young

I liked the book I read because I found the story to be very interesting. The book was called "You: Journey to the Center of Your Worth" by Ed Young. Since it was a "finding yourself" type of story it was like a psychology book to me. I’m interested in psychological things so I guess all of this just connected with my interests.

I guess others should read it because it is going to help them figure out issues about themselves. I think this book can help others, who do not know who they are, to find themselves.

The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch

The Last Lecture is a really moving story about how a man in his forties finds out he has pancreatic cancer and has a short time to live. Instead of sulking about this detriment he decides to try and accomplish all of his goals in life. This book is all about embracing life and setting big dreams for yourself. I guarantee, after reading this book, your whole outlook on life will be set in a new perspective.

The Friendship Factor by Allan Loy McGinnis

The Friendship Factor is one of the best self help books I have ever read. It is truly one of the most straight forward and revealing books. This book talks about many aspects of friendships such as forgiveness, communication, love, relationships, intimacy, appreciation, loyalty and more. There are many aspects of a person’s life this book touches. Alan Loy McGinnis uses many facts, religious examples and personal experiences to make the suggestions he does. This book flows from chapter to chapter and makes you want to read on for more helpful information. I recommend this book to those who are seeking help in their relationships and friendships or simply those who are looking to read a motivating book.

The Biggest Loser by Bob Harper, Maggie Greenwood-Robinson, Ph.D.

Many have seen this book in the actual TV show. It is very interesting to compare the two and get the information on how the cast of this show actually lost the weight. I truly enjoyed this book because it was very informative and useful. The book gives many suggestions to me as a person on how to be active and live a healthy life. Many quotes from the cast are included so there is real and personal advice given. Along with the quotes and the procedures, there are actually recipes that are given for some healthy meal choices. This book has a lot included in it and is a very easy read. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those who are looking to better their healthy lifestyle.
