The New Years Party by R.L.Stine

This was a really good book because it has a lot of surprises. You never know what is going to happen next in the book. The book is about teenagers who are having a New Year's party. At the party they are making fun of some guy who is always getting picked on. He gets angry and gets into a car accident. His ghost comes back to get revenge on all the people who are bullies to other people. And one by one he kills them until he finally finds the person for whom he was looking. They get into a fight and somehow go back to the other world and leave everyone else in peace.
