Charlie, just another kid growing up, is the main character who takes us through his life and the lives of the people close to him. As we follow Charlie through his freshman year of high school with letters he writes, we see the ups and downs he has in his life. These struggles and strong points are things everyone witnesses in life, from relationships to deaths in the family. We can all relate to the roller coaster of life.
