Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz

Do you like to read mysterious vampire stories? Well you should read Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz. Schuyler Van Alen grew up never fitting in. She would rather wear baggy, vintage, thrift store clothes instead of fancy and expensive clothes like the other girls.Schuyler hung out with her best friend, Oliver Hazard-Perry. They had been best friends since the third grade. Schuyler finds out about mosaic blue veins on her arm. Oliver helped Schuyler find out more about the blue veins. I recommend this book because it's interesting, unique and exciting.Schuyler went to a private school in New York City with Oliver and a new friend, Dylan Ward. When Schuyler turned fifteen her life changed noticeably. The mysterious death of the popular girl in Duchesne haunts Schuyler. Jack Force, the most popular boy in her private school suddenly showed interest in her. Oliver noticed that also and stayed near Schuyler just in case something weird would happen between them. Then, Schuyler wanted to find out more about the blue veins, but will it put her in danger? Schuyler needs to join forces with Jack's twin, Mimi Force. Mimi Force has an extra weird close relationship with Jack and she doesn't like how Schuyler and Jack have shared memorable kisses with each other. The girls joined forces with Oliver to find out more clues of the vampire's new target. After reading this book I learned a lot more about vampires. I highly recommend it to people who like vampires and mystery stories. It will get you excited and fill you with suspense wondering about what will happen next. Both girls and boys, as well as adults, would enjoy this book very much.
