Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut

Breakfast of Champions is a very different kind of book. It's a story about a not so famous author named Kilgore Trout who is invited to an arts festival in a tiny boring town and how much chaos his stories cause for one person (and later others.) Throughout the book the author uses humor
as the story goes on and the humor really makes the story unique. Near the end of the story, Vonnegut, the author, even makes an appearance in the story (which makes it awkward for Kilgore). Overall, if you are looking for a very different story that is actually funny, read this.
