Adventures of Blue Avenger by Norma Howe
Adventures of Blue Avenger, a novel by Norma Howe, is a book about a kid named David who changes his name to the Blue Avenger on his sixteenth birthday. Now, reborn as the Blue Avenger, he has the confidence to do things he would never have thought about doing before. He asks out the girl of his dreams, saves his teacher and even helps his friend with an expensive procedure, all in his pursuit to make the perfect Lemon Meringue Pie. If you're into philosophy, you will like this book. For some reason unknown to me, Blue Avenger has many conversations with himself and with his girl friend about some deep philosophical ideas. If you like books with no real storyline, no conflict and especially no resolution, then this book is for you.
