The Clique is a great book to read if you are into the gossiping, dramatic reads. This book is not dramatic in the sense of what is going to come next but rather drama between two girls who are polar opposites and what will happen when Massie, the hot popular girl, has Claire, the geeky girl in overalls and keds, come to her house and move in with her family due to the loss of Claire's father's job. This all leads to Massie's friends looking down upon Claire but then realizing she is pretty cool when she sticks up for herself in front of Massie since everyone in their "clique" is too scared to say anything to her.
