The Glass Cafe, or, The stripper and the state : how my mother started a war with the system that made us kind of rich and a little bit famous by Gary Paulsen

I liked this book because of the way it is written. The story, told through the eyes of a child, is written using the words a kid would use in real life. The story is about a kid who has a passion for art but a teacher turns him in because he drew the people at his mothers work, a strip club. Read this book if you're looking for a fun quick read.
