I liked this book because it is the story of a 14 year girl named Nancy who had to struggle to survive when she found herself in the world of AIDS. She is like any other girl who just wants to have fun with her friends and family. She gets raped by a boy name Collin who infects her with the HIV virus. Ashamed of her self, Nancy decides not to tell anybody what happened to her until she starts having the symptoms of the virus. It is a very good book and whoever reads this book will like it too because once you start reading it you can't stop. You just want to keep on reading to see what happens next in the story. While you are reading this book you feel as if she is talking to you personally about her life and the experiences she goes throught having AIDS. The ending of the book is the most sentimental and emotional part but after everything, she is happy in her new life.
